I'm a therapist. I work in the field of Concentrated Solution Therapy (TSR).

It is a therapy focused on achieving a goal defined by the client, not an analysis of a problem or deficits that made him aware of the need to seek support. The object of her interest is not the past, but rather the present and the future. It deals with the client's life history, if it can be read its strengths, valuable experience and ways of dealing with earlier crises.

In addition, I realize myself through active combination of knowledge and experience in the field of psychology and economics. I can now share the experience I have gained as a marketing and sales manager with others as a trainer. I have been running trainings since 2005. I started my training career in commercial companies, later service companies, up to state institutions and EU programs.

I am a psychologist, thanks to which I can help as a personal coach.

I have experience in providing consulting in the field of HR for companies and building and operating tools in this field. As part of business coaching I analyze the situation of companies, I help create stratgie marketing and give advice on how to optimize activities.

I provide individual and group career counseling depending on the needs and requirements of the participants.
