Our company provides waterjet cutting services with the addition of abrasive (Abrasive Water Jet - AWJ).
We have a Flow Mach machine equipped with a 5-axis head. It allows us to cut in 2D and 3D.
Thanks to this technology, we are able to cut an almost unlimited number of shapes and designs.

The use of water cutting technology has many advantages:

- No high temperatures during cutting (the material does not deform, the metal will not be hardened at the cutting edge),
- In most cases, no additional processing of cut edges is necessary
- High cutting speed,
- Very high accuracy of details
- No hazardous fumes or vapors dangerous to health,
- No sharp edges (burrs),
- The most ecological cutting method.

AWJ technology allows us to cut most of the available materials, such as:

- steel (ordinary and stainless),
- non-ferrous metals and their alloys,
- titanium,
- stone (granite, marble, sandstone, etc.),
- ceramic and gres tiles,
- glass,
- wood and wood-like boards,
- plastics,
- gum
- and many others.

Device parameters:

- Working area 2000 x 4000 mm,
- Cutting materials up to 300 mm thick,
- Cutting accuracy ± 0.0254 mm,
- A pressure pump that generates 4150 Bars,
- Possibility of "drilling" in stone and glass.

Prices of the waterjet cutting service are calculated individually on the basis of sent projects.

We accept projects in the form of DXF / DWG files.

In addition, we make designs from technical drawings or freehand drawings.
