Absolutnie nie polecam firmy CO Architekci Piotr Lipski. Zawarliśmy z nimi umowę 24.02.2022 roku i obejmowała ona analizę przedprojektową, masterplan, projekt koncepcyjny, projekt budowlany do pozwolenia na budowę oraz projekt wnętrz. Na początku było jeszcze w porządku, bo chcieli kasę, ale jak tylko dostali całość kwoty, to już im kompletnie przestało zależeć na kliencie. Najpierw nas wprowadzili w błąd, z powodu swojej niewiedzy i indolencji, że możemy swobodnie wymienić projekt murowany na drewniany i to nie będzie stanowiło żadnego problemu. Okazało się, że stanowiło i to spory, czego naprawienie zajęło mi 9 miesięcy i wymagało pomocy innego architekta, rzeczoznawcy i kierownika budowy, a oni się na nas wypięli i umyli od wszystkiego ręce. Teraz natomiast opóźniają oddanie projektu wnętrz, który powinni oddać prawie 2 lata temu, ale umówiliśmy się dżentelmeńsko, że mają czas do końca kwietnia 2025. Jest 19 maj i przestali się odzywać. My przez to mamy zablokowaną budowę i musimy szukać nowego architekta żeby ruszyć do przodu, albo w końcu łaskawie oddadzą nam projekt. Projekt, który notabene, rodził się w bólach ponieważ Pan Piotr nie słucha klienta, tylko na siłę forsuje swoje wizje. Firma była w porządku do maja 2024, do kiedy jeszcze pracował w niej Pan Tomek, potem w ostatnim roku jak sprawy wziął w swoje ręce właściciel, to wszystko zaczęło się sypać.
