1. Any member of the management board with the reservation of the right to represent the association is subject to 2. When incurring property liabilities, the value of which exceeds PLN 5,000.00 (five thousand zlotys), joint management of three or more board members is required to submit declarations of will and sign agreements they are the president of the board (after obtaining the third board member's approval). 3. The provisions of para. 1 and 2 shall apply to granting authorizations by the association.
