We are a social enterprise whose goal is professional activation and job creation for the disabled, both in the sector related to environmental protection and the open labor market.

The overriding goals of our activity are professional activation and job creation for the disabled, mainly from the most marginalized groups on the labor market - mentally ill.

The EKON Association, operating within the framework of the Platform for Integration of Disabled Persons, looks for, prepares and introduces people with disabilities to the open labor market, providing them with the necessary support to acquire and maintain employment.

In addition to occupational and social rehabilitation of disabled people, the main goal of the Association is to work and promote the natural environment of man, nature and resources. Thanks to the collection and segregation system run by employees of the EKON Association, over 90% of waste after segregation is recycled.
