The Specialist Medical Clinic for Army Employees. The Independent Public Health Care Center was created by the Minister of National Defense. From January 1, 1999. based on contracts concluded with the National Health Fund, we provide health services in the field of basic health care, outpatient specialist care, dental health care, rehabilitation treatment and physiotherapy as well as preventive programs.
