Firma oszust. Kupując pralkę wykupiłem jej ubezpieczenie w tej firmie w postaci wydłużenia gwarancji do 5 lat. Pojawiła się usterka panelu sterującego procesem prania oraz pompki. Niestety Ubezpieczyciel stosując chamskie sztuczki, nie chce wywiązać się z podjętego zobowiązania. Aktualnie sprawa jest rozpatrywana na poziomie Rzecznika Finansowego. Motto - jeśli nie chcesz przysporzyć sobie kłopotów, omijaj Ergo Hestię szerokim łukiem.
