SONEL SA was established in June 1994. The founders of the company were electrical engineers - people who know the market needs well in the field of specialized measuring instruments. In 1998, the name and legal personality changed. As a result of these changes, the SONEL SA company was established

Currently, the activity is carried out in a new facility in the Świdnica Subzone of the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone.

In June 2008, the company made its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The shares of SONEL SA are listed on the main market.
