Internet to porażka. Wypowiedzenia nie odebrał (teoretycznie wypowiedzenie tylko listowne wg regulaminu do umowy). Brak znajomości przepisów polskiego prawa (dotyczy wypowiedzeń umowy)
Nie akceptuje własnego regulaminu
Wg tego pana jednomiesięczne wypowiedzenie wysłane na początku lutego będzie trwało do końca kwietnia.

Internet kiepski, obsługa jeszcze gorsza. Kiedyś firma dawał radę. Jak ktoś chce czas i nerwy tracić ... Lepiej 3k za światłowód zapłacić niż nerwy tracić.

Brak kontaktu z właścicielem. Wypowiedzenie wysłałem dwa razy listownie na adres zarejestrowania firmy w październiku i listopadzie 2022 brak podjęcia z poczty, mailowe wypowiedzenia w styczniu 2022 bez odzewu...

Od grudnia, kiedy próbowałem skontaktować się z właścicielem w sprawie niedziałającego Internetu, brak kontaktu telefonicznego i mailowego. Sytuacja podobna była w 2021 roku. Umowę wypowiedziałem pod koniec 2022 roku, ale nadal przychodzą faktury.
