We are one of the oldest and at the same time the largest housing cooperative in Szczecin. We are also at the forefront of the national cooperative movement. We started very modestly, taking over in the second half of 1966 two buildings in Dąbie. In the 1970s, our first investments began. We have successively implemented large estates around the Prawobrzeże - Słoneczne, Majowe, Bukowe. From 1992, our presence in the left-bank part of Szczecin should be dated, when the cooperative took over the factory flats of Stocznia Szczecińska to build new housing estates in Bezrzecz and Warzymice.
