Skupują książki za 2zl po otrzymaniu ich obniżają cenę do kilku groszy a sprzedaja za 20-30 zł. Nieuczciwi. Kontakt z klientem dramat, zero pomocy, zero refleksji czy przyznania się do tego, że sklep popełnił błąd.

Urszula nr klienta **********: mąż zamówił dla mnie książkę. Przysłali ale zupełnie inną. Złożyliśmy reklamację zgodnie z ich zaleceniem i przysłanym blankietem zwrotnym. Od tej pory cisza. Biuro obsługi klienta nie odpowiada - ignorancja. Nigdy więcej nic u nich nie zamówię. To był pierwszy i ostatni raz. Oceniam na "0" .
