The right to represent the company shall be entitled to all shareholders. To represent the affairs of the company not exceeding 50000 zł is entitled each of the partners alone. In cases in excess of 50,000 zł required unanimous agreement and cooperation of all partners, unless shareholders authorize its resolution of one of them to independently pursue the case, represent and make declarations.
