Beginning our adventure with Nowy Stylem Pracy, we have been developing and introducing practically Lean Manufacturing tools to enter advanced systems such as TPM or WCM based on TQM principles and striving for the so-called "ZERO" of any waste or loss. We have developed a system for implementing all pillars, an assessment system, audits and training in this area.
