Nie polecam korzystać z usług. Jeden wielki dramat.

Odpowiedź dla Pana Waldemara K. z Łodzi piszę jako Właściciel firmy Astrans Arkadiusz Seroczyński. Gdybym miał dzwonić do każdego klienta to brakłoby mi dnia. Specyfikacja firmy jest taka a nie inna. Z mojej strony otrzymał Pan samochód zastępczy w formie bezgotówkowej i do końca wywiązałem się z umowy. Pan już nie koniecznie bo podczas trwania umowy zakupił Pan inny pojazd nie informując mnie o tym przez co nie mogłem dochodzić swoich roszczeń w sądzie. I na koniec wypisuje Pan głupoty o nierzetelności. Nie polecam takich klientów!.

Firma nierzetelna. Wysyła do klientów jakieś faktury korygujące ,brak stępla firmy i podpisów. Brak wyjaśnień, Brak kontaktu telefonicznego w celu wyjaśnienia sprawy.
