Robota zaczęta wiele lat temu, zaliczka na materiały pobrana, materiały nigdy nie dojechały. Kontakt był przez długi czas z obietnicami dokończenia, ale za każdym razem działo się coś co uniemożliwiało dotarcie wykonawcy dotarcie na miejsce.
