Witam, w tym miesiącu dziecko moje korzystało z wyjazdu nad morze i powiem, że jestem słabo zadowolona z obsługi kadry wycieczkowej.
Pani kierownik AK, która przebywała również na kolonii, była moim zdaniem zbyt obojętna i wyniosła, na zadawane przeze mnie pytania, jako rodzica.
Ponadto kierowca-pilot, zapomniał mnie poinformować w drodze powrotnej, że syn jednak przyjedzie dwie godziny wcześniej niż planowano i dodam, że były to godziny nocne :/
Brak profesjonalizmu i empatii...
