Proces zakupu nieruchomości przeszedł bardzo sprawnie, jednak w momencie pojawienia się usterek pan Emil unika odpowiedzialności. Po podpisaniu protokołu odbioru z wymienionymi usterkami kontakt się praktycznie urwał. Co chwilę muszę sama się dowiadywać na jakim etapie jest proces ulicy usuwania. Najpierw pan Emil był bardzo zaskoczony o jakie usterki pytam, potem przez miesiąc „umawiał „ się z ekipą i nie powrócił z odpowiedzią zwrotną na kiedy został ustalony termin, teraz „został zamówiony materiał i czekają na jego otrzymanie”. Z uwagi na takie okoliczności nie mogę polecić tej firmy.
