Badanie wzroku błędne ,zupełnie inne niż u okulisty ,przez co okulary nie nadają się do chodzenia . Oprawy które były kilkakrotnie korygowane bez efektu ,właścicielka wymieniła na inne tańsze , a te używane sprzedała innemu klientowi jako nieużywane.
