Sprzedający w głębokiej D... e ma prawo, odesłałem kosę ze zgłoszeniem z rękojmi mineło ponad 14 dni brak kontaktu ze sprzedającym brak towaru brak środków. NIE POLECAM

Firma sprzedaje buble poprzez Allegro. Towar przestał działać po 1,5 tygodnia a firma nie che przyjąć zwrotu, pomimo tego iż zakup był na odległość a nie mineło 14 dni.

Handlują m.in. na Allegro pod 2 oddzielnymi nazwami sprzedawcy. Podają w informacjach o sprzedawcy 2 numery telefonów, ale nikt ich nie odbiera. Pierwszy raz się spotykam z takim podejściem do klienta i pierwszy i ostatni raz coś u nich zamówiłem, tym bardziej że otrzymany towar był uszkodzony i go odesłałem, ale przed zwrotem towaru chciałem zamienić kilka słów ze sprzedawcą ... i nie było mi dane, by ktoś tam odebrał telefon. Dzwoniłem wczoraj kilka razy, dzisiaj ponownie i efekt jak wyżej.
