Absolutnie nie polecam, ta firma to jedna wielka porażka, dostawa/odbiór jest realizowana przez 20dni, każdego dnia nie pod ten adres co należy, interwencji na infolinii co najmniej 30 i bez rezultatu, pani infolinii nic nie może tylko mam czekać może następne 20 dni tego nie wie i to wszystko co potrafi powiedzieć. OMIJAĆ EURO, bo tylko same problemy, zero!! kompetencji, pełna niemoc. ODRADZAM.

W zeszłym tygodniu 25-08 , we środę zamówiłem telefonicznie w sklepie RTV Euro AGD
zmywarkę w ofercie dostawy na jutro do wybranego przeze mnie sklepu. Za towar zapłaciłem z góry blikiem. W czwartek, pełen optymizmu, z wizją odbioru zmywarki pojechałem do sklepu. I spotkała mnie niemiła niespodzianka. Sprzedawca poinformował mnie, że zmywarki nie ma i nie będzie co namniej do środy przyszłego tygodnia, nie potrafił też określić, kiedy tak naprawdę moje zamówienie dotrze do punktu odbioru, czyli sklepu. Mój optymizm wyparował niczym kamfora ale nie spodziewałem się, że to dopiero początek kłopotów. Zadzwoniłem na
infolinię, gdzie otrzymałem informację, że zmywarka już wyruszyła w drogę do sklepu
i tu niespodzianka: gdzie się znajduje? Otóż mam czekać cierpliwie bo miła pani nie wie. W piątek i wsobotę sytuacja się powtórzyła. Sympatyczny aczkolwiek totalnie niekompetentny pracownikinfolinii twierdził, że już wysłano towar a w sklepie nadal go nie ma. W poniedziałek
otrzymałem informację, że moje zamówienie zostało wydane z magazynu ale nie
dotarło do sklepu, bo zostało przekierowane na inny adres. Całą sytuację oceniam jako całkowite lekceważenie klienta, brak kompetencji i zła organizacja pracy sklepu a właściwie jej brak. Rzutuje to na wizerunek całej firmy i powoduje, że traci ona
przez takie nieuczciwe i naganne praktyki handlowe potencjalnych klientów. Ja z całą pewnością już tam nic nie kupię i odradzę wszystkim moim znajomym i nie tylko znajomym zakupy w tym sklepie.

16/09/2024 zakupiłam pralkę z montażem. Zapłaciłam, termin dostawy 18/09 w opłaconych ramach czasowych. Między 16stą a 18stą. Czekałam do 20:55 ( uprzednio dzwoniąc na infolinię o której panowie dojadą - godziny dostawy zmieniały się 3 razy) zadzwonił technik/kierowca by poinformować mnie w sposób wprost bezczelny, że sorry ale właśnie skończyli pracę i wracają do domu a ja mogę złożyć reklamację iii co najlepsze: robi mi właśnie przysługę! że w ogóle dzwoni ponieważ nie musi tego robić.
Ludzie!!!! To jest skandal. Po prostu.
Naturalnie skargę złożyłam - skoro ich pracownik sam proponuje zamówienie anulowałam, pojechałam do konkurencji i zakupiłam pralkę.
Mam nadzieję, że czytacie opinie i wy drodzy prezesi i Wy, potencjalni klienci. NIGDY WIĘCEJ za żadne skarby. Markę buduje się latami, reputację niszczy się w minuty.
Pracownik sprzedaży w tej firmie uwija się po łokcie ale co z tego jak reszta wykonawców to syf. Na koniec: wystarczyłby krótki telefon z informacją, że sorry nie damy rady - będziemy jutro. Po prostu po ludzku.
Tymczasem ja dostałam opieprz o 20:55 od kogoś kto od 17:30 miał informację od własnej firmy, że czekam na telefon.

Odradzam zakupy. Szkoda czasu i pieniędzy. Zakupione trzy duże AGD i jedno urządzenie sprzątające. Wszystkie z wadami. Reklamacja trwa miesiącami z wielokrotnym powtarzaniem tego samego kolejnym osobom lub czatbotowi. Na koniec zero efektu. To już lepiej kupić gdzie indziej.

Jedna to za dużo jak już ktoś wspomniał. Brak jasnej informacji o ubezpieczeniu Assistance przy wykupie innego ubezpieczenia na sprzet (polecam robic zakupy - jesli w ogole tu - to nie w pośpiechu), przy czym utrudnianie rezygnacji i brak podejścia pro klient - jesli nie można złożyć rezygnacji tego samego dnia ani w weekend poprzedzający piątek jako dzień zakupu to należy to odpowiednio komunikować! Przy piątkowej sytuacji było kilku pracowników i żaden nie wyjaśnił, brak wiedzy czy olewactwo? . Kiedys nie przyjęli reklamacji na złe przyklejone szkło do smartwatcha.. grosze warte ale: Klient czuje się jak jeleń od dojenia kasy, wstyd, że taka ogromna firma działa w ten sposób... Tu nie chodzi stricte o pieniądze… zero refleksji i zero wyjścia na przeciw klientowi. Kierownik podnosi głos podczas gdy zmarnowałam pół soboty żeby przyjść i wypowiedzieć od razu ubezpieczenie, którego nie chciałam. W retail to klient ma zawsze rację, a tu mam podwójnie rację. UWAGA ! TV zakupiony w RTV EURO AGD po niespełna 2 dobach wyświetlił plamę, która okazała się być wadą matrycy. Zgłosiłem ten fakt do sklepu, który nie poinformował mnie, że należy mi się wymiana TV w ramach rękojmi na nowy tylko spokojnie przyjął REKLAMACJĘ I POLECIL OCZEKIWAĆ NA KOTAKT ZE STRONY SERWISU SAMSUNGA. Po tygodniu zgłosił się serwis SAMSUNGA twierdząc, że może wymienić matrycę bo upłynęły 2 TYGODNIE! od daty zakupu/dostarczenia/uruchomienia TV. OBECNIE TRWA PRZPYCHANKA POMIĘDZY SERWISEM SAMSUNGA A SKLEPEM RTV AGD PONIEWAŻ NIE CHCĘ SIĘ ZGODZIĆ NA WYMIANE MATRYCY W TV ,GDZIE WADA WYSTAPIŁA PO NIESPEŁNA 2 DOBACH UŻYTKOWANIA. !!! 7.12.2023 r. złożyłem reklamację. Miała być rozpatrzona w terminie 14 dni, chciaż to był MO 365. Dzwoniłem tam kilkakrotnie, już, już miałem dostać odpowiedź; do dnia dzisiejszego zero informacji. W ciągu kilku lat dokonałem w tej firmie zakupu za tysiace złotych. Teraz był to ostatni mój zakup !!! Nie polecam. W tej sprawie zwróce się do Urzedu ds. Ochrony Konsumentów. Nie polecam nikomu tej firmy !!!!

unikajcie zakupów przez sklep internetowy!!!! sprzet wadliwy uznali niezgodnosc towaru z umowa ale zmuszaja konsumenta do wysyłania przez kuriera i to 2 razy jak sie pracuje nie ma na to czasu. chciałem przez sklep stacjonarny wymienic i tak bez skutku mineło juz 10 dni, jak telefonicznie doradce sie przycisnie do sciany to sie rozłaczaja , wciskaja ciemnote że nie ma decyzji, na e-mail nie chcą się ustosunkować do prośby czas ucieka 1500 na kredyt wzięte mają klienta w poważaniu. Nie dziwi mnie że w necie jest artykuł że ta firma jest w problemach finansowych.

Nie polecam. Sprzedali mi zepsutą lodówkę Beko. Wzięli ode mnie pieniądze, dostarczyli zepsuty sprzęt, przekazali moje zgłoszenie reklamacyjne do producenta .... i na tym koniec! Uważają że wszystko jest w porządku, bo przecież przekazali moje zgłoszenie do producenta, który też nie kwapi się by zmazać z siebie plamę. To wstyd by produkować od razu zepsute lodówki i wstyd by takie coś sprzedawać.
Gdybym ja dostarczył klientowi zepsuty towar to starałbym się to jak najszybciej wyjaśnić, bo nie najlepiej świadczy o sprzedawcy gdy sprzedaje urządzenie, które od samego początku nie działa tak jak należy. Dlatego nie polecam sprzedawcy. Odradzam zakupy.

Januszowa firma z wielkimi pieniędzmi jak się okazuje, często z używanym sprzętem sprzedawanym jako nowy w lapkach to od lat majstrują nikt nigdy ani służby, ani agencje rządowe , urzędy nie reagowali jak trzeba. Przy kolejnej zmianie popisu myślicie że coś się zmieni. Co to zwrotów lub uszkodzeń zgoda co do reszty wpisów - beznadzieja.

Zamówienie otrzymałem niezgodne z zawartą umową, gdyż w opakowaniu brak było kabla D-Sub (VGA), a w opisie czytamy, że w opakowaniu znajduje się Kabel D-Sub (VGA). Tym samym nie mogłem podłączyć monitora do swojego komputera. Dlatego nie polecam!!!

Walczyliśmy prawie rok o zwrot pieniędzy za uszkodzony telewizor. Zaniedbał sklep i uniemożliwil nam odzyskania pieniędzy od firmy kurierskiej. Pani z reklamacji nie odpowiadała na niewygodne pytania i w wiadomościach meilowych sama sobie zaprzeczała. Ignorowała większość pytań. W każdej firmie są różni pracownicy - ale człowiek uczciwy w życiu postępuje zgodnie z sumieniem. Wygraliście swoimi "sposobami" ale jak Wy potraficie spojrzeć sobie w oczy? Raz na wozie, raz pod wozem - życie pisze różne scenariusze - życzę Wam wszystkiego najlepszego!

Jeśli przy dostawie zauważysz jakiekolwiek wady lub niezgodność z zamówieniem, nigdy nie przyjmuj towaru, a przede wszystkim NIE PŁAĆ!!! Dla RTV Euro AGD jesteś szanownym klientem, dopóki nie zapłacisz. Jak zapłacisz, to mają ciebie i twój sprzęt w ****

Zły opis towaru na stronie towar (lodówka) źle podłączona przez pracownika Euro (wykupiłem usługę wniesienia i podłączenia) zalała mi salon, po kilkunastu telefonach reklamacja uznana 3x nikt nie pojawił się żeby odebrać towar, który tarasuje mi kuchnię.

Ten sklep to kpina! Odradzam wszystkim zakupu w tej sieci, na polskim rynku jest wiele innych, lepszych i bardziej przyjaznych klientowi opcji.
Otrzymałem towar z uszkodzeniem wizualnym i sklep twierdzi ze jest to wada nieistotna!! Wysyłają towar kurierem zapakowany tylko w foliową torbę, żadnych innych zabezpieczeń!! Mydlenie oczu, zbywanie i ogólnie olewanie klienta!!

Kupiłam i zapłaciłam MacBook Pro 21 grudnia 2022 r. i po dwóch miesiącach, 4 interwencjach telefonicznych i jednej poprzez formularz kontaktowy, nadal nie otrzymałam kupionego produktu.

Nieprofesjonalna i nieuczciwa obsługa. Gdy zakupiłem produkt poproszono mnie o opinię. Produkt był wadliwy, a obsługa sklepu wprowadziła mnie w błąd. Napisałem o tym w opinii, ale Pani Magdalena Kamińska starszy specjalista ds. obsługi klienta napisała mi, że odrzuca moją opinię, bo jest niezgodna z regulaminem. To się nazywa cenzura. Euro RTV AGD publikuje tylko pozytywne opinie o obsłudze w swoich sklepach.

Nie polecam kurierzy jak i pracownicy na infolinii maja wszystkich i wszystko w nosie robią jak chca i jak im wygodniej nie licząc sie z klientem. Żałosna obsługa i jakość
