Jestem świeżo po odbiorze mieszkania z Panem Rafałem. Jestem zadowolony, Pan Rafał sprawdził dokładnie lokal od strony technicznej i jakości wykonania, zweryfikował zgodność powierzchni, układu i instalacji z dostarczonymi przez nas rzutami i standardem wykończenia. Był konsekwentny we wskazywaniu usterek i pilnował by były wpisane w protokół tak jak uważał za stosowne, nie tak jak chciał deweloper

Jestem niezmiernie zadowolony z usługi odbioru mieszkania, z której niedawno skorzystałem. Cały proces przebiegł sprawnie i profesjonalnie, pan Rafał odpowiedzialny za odbiór mieszkania był nie tylko fachowy, ale także wyjątkowo uprzejmy. Wszystkie etapy sprawdzenia mieszkania, od stanu technicznego po szczegóły estetyczne, zostały dokładnie przeprowadzone.

Bardzo polecam Pana Rafała. Rzetelnie przeprowadzony odbiór mieszkania.

Korzystałam z usługi odbioru mieszkania i zdecydowanie odradzam. Pan Rafał przychodzi na odbiór nie przygotowany, bez planu mieszkania itp. Nie wykrył poważnej usterki.
