It was my second and last car rental from this company !!! I would like to add that the first time everything was ok, which lulled my vigilance and made me trust the owners of the rental. When renting a car, the owner wrote out the contract, informed about the amount to be paid and the deposit, which is PLN 1000. She gave me the contract only after I asked for it, after accepting my husband's eggs. I asked the owner if the car was insured and he asked him "what do you mean" I replied I'm going to Germany I want to know if he is insured against damage. The man came out with me to show the car and mumbling something under his breath about some rear window that it cost PLN 2,000. I got in the car and drove without reading the contract (which is my fault because I trusted !!!) Bad luck wanted a pebble hit the glass on the highway. Immediately after the incident, I reported this fact to the landlords. I did not think there would be a problem with it - after all, it is insured. It turned out during the handing over that, unfortunately, no: The PLN 1000 deposit applies to the lack of a package, which consequently means additional costs for the client. In this particular case, over PLN 1,200 for the glass with assembly !!!!! I heard from the owner "you know the contract must be read" Dear owner, you have to read the contract, but you also need to inform the customer about the offer if it includes the possibility of choosing, for example, additional insurance. So that the client knows that he can pay a lower deposit at the expense of additional insurance
