In case a single board, to make declarations of will and sign on behalf of the company alone is entitled Chairman of the Board; in the case of appointment to the board of more than one member, to make declarations of will and sign on behalf of the company are entitled two board members acting jointly or one member of the Management Board together with a proxy (Art. 205 § 1 of the CCC)
