Solidna firma, która dba o klienta i dostarcza dobrej jakości produkty w dobrych cenach dla klientów. Wszystko ok, proces zamówienia zrealizowany szybko i skutecznie.

Nie polecam.
Kłamią i próbują manipulować. Zwróciłem zakup ( klucz do regulacji gryfu ). Pierwsza odmowa zwrotu pieniędzy z powodu naruszonego foliowego opakowania. Później wymyślanie innych powodów jak ten się nie obronił. Na koniec przyznali mi obniżony zwrot w postaci 1 złotówki - koszt produktu to ok 150 zł. Zadziałał allegro protect ale bez tego to pewnie byłbym lżejszy o 150 zł. Nie polecam. Uważajcie na tą firmę. W ogóle polecam poczytać różne inne opinie o tym tworze o nazwie ragtime - niezła masakra.

Mało profesjonalna firma jeśli chodzi o komunikację z klientem. W przypadku uszkodzonych produktów w pierwszej kolejności obwiniają klienta.
