Took a load from Mr. Bogdan Kędzierski, took 2-3 hours to register trailer number plate since arrival to loading place (truck+trailer plates were announced before). After good 3 hours his loading place refused to load, because it was needed another trailer type (was announced before the load which trailer type will arrive to load+nothing was mentioned in the order or in his Timo announcement that it is needed a certain trailer type for that load). We asked for a compensation for empty kilometers to loading place, for lost half of working day and for lost another loading next day. The answer was: "sorry I can not", and no more was heard from Mr. Bogdan Kędzierski, no solution and no negotiations about compensation. My offer - is to run far away from such companies like Ragnar Logistics that do not take responsibility for their faults.
