Jedna gwiazdka to nawet za dużo.
Pojazdy są niesprawne technicznie, właściciel firmy umawia się na transport, niestety nie wysyła żadnego pilota, po czym nachodzi zleceniodawcę w miejscu zamieszkania, oraz nie płacą kar za nie wykonanie pilotażu.
