Firma przy dużym remoncie kamienicy, dodatkowo naciągnęła mnie jak się później okazało niepotrzebnie na wymianę konstrukcji dachowej. Przy wykonywaniu pokrycia z blachy tytan cynk nie wykonali wentylacji dachu – duży błąd. Pokrycie miała wykonywać renomowana firma krakowska a wykonywał dekarz nie znający się na fachu, nie informując nas o tym. Oczywiście firma Antis policzyła sobie koszty nowego pokrycia dachu wg stawek znanej, drogiej firmy. Chociaż Antis policzył sobie za zabezpieczenie przed zalaniem budynku 15 tys. zł , to jedynie ograniczył się do rozłożenia zwykłej folii, co doprowadziło do dwukrotnego zalania mieszkań na 2 kondygnacjach.
Na budowie dosyć często zdarzały się pijaństwa, na co firma przymykała oko.
Ścianki z gips kartonu potrafiły mieć różnicę 7 cm na 2m, gładżie garażowe zamiast wysokiego standardu, okno zamówione i nie pasujące do otworu.
Po zakończeniu budowy, firma nie chciała oddać dziennika budowy, dopiero po interwencji policji zwróciła niewypełniony przez kierownika budowy.
Właściciele firmy, tj. ojciec i syn zrobili b. dobre wrażenie i zapewniali nas, że będzie wszystko w porządku. Nic bardziej złudnego, niestety daliśmy się na to złapać.Okazali się wyjątkowo fałszywi i przebiegli.Nie polecam, omijać szerokim łukiem. Pomimo zapisów w umowie dotyczące usunięcia wad i usterek, firma nagle zapadła się pod ziemię, przestali odbierać telefony.Musiałem zlecić innej firmie i dodatkowo poniosłem duże koszty. Przez Antis poniosłem straty na ok.100tys.
