Mr. Bogdan Kot (Quality company) is an exceptional crook and fraudster. Despite the signed contract (and the payment of money), he does nothing to meet its conditions. He did not appear at the agreed date of commencement of work. During a random meeting, he assured that he would start work within 2 weeks. From 2 weeks it became 2 months. Despite the fact that three months have passed, the works have not been completed. When it was necessary to come and do the work, he usually found an explanation, but when it was necessary to come for money, he appeared after 20 minutes. Although I paid for the service, it has not been completed. I also paid for the elements of the handrails, which Mr. Bogdan did not return to me. I have asked for the house keys several times, but unfortunately they have not been returned. Mr. Bogdan, when it is convenient for him, does not answer the phone, replies that he will call back, which of course he does not. Despite assurances, I did not receive a guarantee for what was done. Significantly, I did not receive any invoices for payments. To sum up; I paid the money, the work is not finished and now I have to ask for invoices and keys to my own house. Incredible. I advise against, do not recommend and warn against using the services of this Lord. You cannot write everything here, but you could certainly write a lot more negative in terms of cooperation with this Lord.
