You hired me on a junk contract as a paver, which meant that I was a subcontractor, and I was an ordinary employee without employee rights, which I learned from later. At work, it turned out that in addition to putting the ankle down, I was also doing warming. When I fell off the scaffolding, you didn't even take me to the doctor! I had to ask for the first payment, I couldn't see the second one. Silence, no contact with the owner and his son, and that's all that I quit 3 days before the end of the mandate contract just because I was working 2-3 days 5 days a week. So for a month I collected 100 hours. In addition, the owner's son made me an alcoholic who drinks at work and said that, for example, I fell off the scaffolding and I did not consume alcohol at work and, in addition, I was a driver of the company bus, I only asked for MY money. When I drank at work, he could take me on a breathalyzer. I advise you to avoid this company from a distance. Maybe now you would kindly answer my call and give me back my hard earned money. How you are not ashamed.

Please describe the facts, not nonsense. You have been 100% accountable for your work. And if someone drinks and drives a T9 car is overkill. The contract was in line with the arrangements as you had expected. And when you were to come to finish the job, you turned off the phone. If you feel cheated, please go to the National Labor Inspectorate, which has not been reported to since 3 months. Also, slander against our side will be reported to the prosecutor's office. Hello, Madam, please check the current company and website data. Also, referring to the accusations, the fungus that you have with the paddling pool has nothing to do with the fact that the paddling pool was sealed immediately during the renovation. I want to mention that you bought the apartment after flooding, so it's no wonder that a fungus appeared. I will also mention that the plasters were not chained and the lack of dehumidifiers was only your decision to save. Our company made plaster, paint, panels, installation of doors and bathroom according to the order. Importantly, the paddling pool leaked a year ago and was sealed. Your opinion is even ridiculous that after a year of time you have objections to the work done. I will also mention why no one from our company wants to talk to Ms. Jakielska, because until today she has not paid the final invoice for over PLN 1000.
