He graduated in psychology with a specialization in clinical psychology and health at the Institute of Psychology of the University of Lodz, obtaining a master's degree giving the right to practice as a psychologist.

In addition, he is a graduate of post-graduate studies at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Lodz in the field of social welfare organization and holds the title of a social assistance organization specialist authorizing the management of social assistance units.

He completed courses and trainings in the field of sociotherapy, crisis intervention, diagnosis and psychopathology.

He participated in numerous trainings: interpersonal, motivational, upbringing skills, NLP.

He supervises his work of regular supervision by supervisors certified by PTP in order to look at his own experience of relationships with people, constantly improve his competences and personal resources and provide the highest quality psychological services.

A psychologist, trainer and trainer by education and passion. In private, Karolina and son Natan are in love with his wife. Has several years of experience in working with children, youth and adults. She is an experienced practitioner in working with minors and adults from communities threatened by social exclusion.

He conducted several hundred hours of training generating broadly understood development for representatives of various social and professional groups. He is the author and co-creator of preventive programs (co-financed by, among others, the City of Lodz Office, FIO). During several years of work in a care and educational institution of the intervention type, he developed and co-created important procedures for minors in crisis situations, including mental disorders, suicidal behavior and the risk of using SPA.

He is permanently associated with the Palliative Care Center for Children, one of the Mental Health Clinics in Lodz and the Care and Treatment Department, he cooperates with NGOs in the field of psychological (individual and group) help and institutions promoting social economy.

He also provides private psychological consultations within the office and home visits.
