Wszystkie pozytywne opinie zamieszczone w internecie na temat tego developera zamieszczane są albo przez pracowników Lokum albo przez rodzinę.
Po dwóch latach mieszkania mogę śmiało wyrazić swoją opinię na temat bloków przy ul. Słowiańskiej oraz Developera Lokum. Na pierwszy rzut oko można powiedzieć, że bloki prezentują się bardzo ładnie ale to tylko pozory.
Mieszkańcy od kilkunastu miesięcy bezskutecznie próbują wyegzekwować naprawę usterek powstałych na skutek „oczczędności developera”.
Dach budynku był już kilkukrotnie „naprawiany” ale bezskutecznie. Non stop zrywana jest papa kryjąca dach budynków.
Elewacja budynku wymaga gruntownej naprawy czego developer nie robi, jedyne do czego się skłonił to punktowe łatanie nieszczelności!!!
W protokole niezależnego przeglądu kominiarskiego wskazano całą masę nieprawidłowości począwszy od zbyt niskich kominów, błędnej instalacji anten zasłaniających ciągi w przewodach skończywszy na nie prawidło wykonanej wentylacji w samym budynku - minął już rok od kontroli ale zalecenia nie zostały wykonane przez developera!
Z powodu braku wentylacji, wadliwej elewacji i dachu w mieszkaniach jest wszechobecna wilgoć, pleśń i grzyb. Mieszkania są systematycznie zalewane podczas większej ulewy. W kilku był już dwukrotnie zrywany tynk.
Problemy z instalacją wodną i hydrauliczną! Brak odpowiednich urządzeń pomiarowych i kontrolnych. To co opisane jest to tylko kropla w morzu problemów z jakimi borykają się mieszkańcy!
