Żałosne firma, jakość świadczonych usług jak i obsługi to jakiś żart. Wiele bym dał żeby się z nimi rozstać, natomiast jestem na nich niestety skazany(żadna inna sieć nie świadczy swoich usług pod moim adresem). Jeżeli jako klient macie wyboru nawet na papierze gorszą opcje niż NowinyNet powinnyście ją pochwycić inaczej najprawdopodobniej będziecie żałować.

Firma, odłącza internet według własnego uznania nie wywiązując się z podpisanej umowy. Powodem odłączenia może być np. niezadowolenie ze świadczonych usług- tak jak to było w moim przypadku. Internetu ciągle nie było, dla mnie firma kompletne dno!
