Firma nie wywiązuje się z warunków gwarancji.

Odradzam firmę Jesbet. Zakupiłem 2 zbiorniki betonowe, które okazały się uszkodzone. Reklamację złożyłem, ale firma nie podjęła skutecznych prób naprawy. Woda nadal gromadzi się w zbiornikach, a firma odmawia zwrotu kosztów. Warunki gwarancji nie są respektowane. Pracownicy wysłani na naprawę mieli braki w sprzęcie i wyposażeniu, a właścicielka firmy była nieprofesjonalna w rozmowie telefonicznej. Firma Jesbet nie wywiązała się z umowy i nie traktuje klienta z szacunkiem. Zdecydowanie odradzam korzystanie z ich usług.
