cena za dojazd powala - 350 zł mimo, iż było to ok 20 km. Inne firmy takie usługi jak pierwsze uruchomienie pieca i przepięcie z gazu płynnego na ziemny wykonują jako usługę bezpłatną - Pan za każdorazowy dojazd do klienta liczy 350 zł.

Nie polecam tej firmy. W połowie sierpnia 2002r. wymieniła mnie kocioł Viessmann Vitodens 100 i serwisant po montażu ustawił go. Sprawdziłem tylko czy działa ogrzewanie wody, a ze względu na stosunkowo wysoką temperaturę zewnętrzną nie uczyniłem tego w zakresie centralnego ogrzewania. W dniu 21 września 2022r. przestawiłem w kotle na centralne ogrzewanie, lecz nie włączyło się, wobec tego w następnym dniu zadzwoniłem do firmy z prośbą o przysłanie serwisanta w celu jego ustawienia tak, aby działało centralne ogrzewanie. Zaproponowano mi serwis dzień 10 października 2022r., a więc przez ponad 2 tygodnie miałem przebywać w nieogrzewanym mieszaniu przy znacznym spadku temperatury zewnętrznej. Na moje naleganie, by uczynić to szybciej, gdyż nie mam ogrzewania z powodu wadliwości instalacji kotła lub jego ustawienia przez serwisanta, otrzymałem propozycję na dzień 30 września br.
Nie mając innego wyjścia zwróciłem się do Centrum Obsługi Serwisowej Viessmanna i konsultant wskazał usterkę i pomógł ją czasowo wyłączyć. Zwrócę się do innej firmy o jej usunięcie , bowiem do tej nie ma żadnego zaufania. Wymiany kotła dokonałem w sierpniu, by w okresie grzewczym nie mieć problemów.
Został potraktowany przez firmę jak intruz.
