Niesłownosc i niedotrzymywanie umów. W lutym ustalilam termin remontu na lipiec. W lipcu Pan Piotr prosił o wyrozumiałość i przesunięcie terminu na początek września. Z trudem przełknęłam, ale zależało mi na tej firmie (byli z polecenia), więc się zgodziłam. We wrześniu znowu prośba o wyrozumiałość, z zapewnieniem, że w październiku będą na pewno. W swej naiwności czekałam. Jest 12.11., remontu brak, kontaktu brak. Karygodne podejście do klienta.
