The GICOR company is a family company, which includes two foundries: in Gołdap and Kowalice Oleckie. We have been successfully operating on the market for over 24 years. In our activities, we do not forget about environmental protection. As one of the first foundry plants in Poland, we installed dry dust collection for cupolas.

Foundries specialize in the production of gray and low-alloy cast iron in the trucking range of 0.1 to 1500 kg. The following are the characteristics of the production process: 1. gray cast iron grades according to PN-EN-1561 - EN - GJL - 150 - EN - GJL - 200 - EN - GJL - 250 2. machine and manual molding processes 3. we make mass production, small-lot and unitary 4. forming in synthetic masses on humidity 5. core-core technologies - hot-box and quickly curing mass on synthetic resins 6. preferred dimensions of standard molding boxes: 400x500 x 150/150 500x600 x 150/200 600x800 x 250/300 800x1000 x 300/400 7. class accuracy of castings according to PN-EN ISO-8062-3 and PN ISO-8062 8. machine cleaning of castings up to dimensions 2000x2000x500 mm 9. we have a factory quality assurance system 10. we test and certify the cast iron grade in in factory laboratories 11. we carry out comprehensive processes for the implementation of the casting for production (technology, modeling, implementation). 12. the GICOR modeling shop performs models on Numerically controlled milling machine 13. In the case of constant long-term cooperation and the appropriate assortment, it is possible to extend the foundry's offer with machining on a modern machine park. 14.
