More detailed scope of my selected services is presented below and they consist in: - execution of construction, executive and replacement projects for construction, engineering and hydrotechnical facilities - inventorying of existing buildings, - preparation of drawings and structural calculations for the needs of repairs, repairs and modernization of buildings, - preparation of technical opinions on the condition of buildings, - preparation of technical documentation necessary for applying for a building permit and formal and legal advice in this area, - exercising construction supervision (investor, executive and author's), - checking construction projects, - controlling technical maintenance of facilities construction, - drawing up a plot or land development project in the field of construction and construction specialty, excluding land development or plot development projects, building works in relation to the construction of the facility and the architecture of the facility.

In the scope of design works, I offer conceptual, construction and executive designs of residential, garage and commercial buildings, designs of reconstruction, extension and superstructure of existing buildings, inventories and technical opinions of buildings and building structures, - Construction project, which is the basic document required by the Construction Law, enabling obtaining a decision on building permit and its implementation. In accordance with the Construction Law (Art. 34, as amended), the construction design should meet the requirements set out in the building permit decision.
