My name is Daria Świderek (Witowska). I am a psychologist - sexologist. I work with adults for short-term, both individually and in pairs.

I know that every person is different, that's why I never assume anything in advance, I don't treat anyone in a standard way, I learn history with enthusiasm and commitment and adopt a way of looking at the world of each person. I approach everyone with openness, care, warmth and without judgment. I warn you that sometimes I ask a bit strange questions;) And I will not tell you how to live or what I think you should do. For this I will try to help you find the best possible solution at the moment.

I am not a doctor, so I do not do tests, do not prescribe prescriptions, exemptions etc.

Instead, I listen to everyone carefully and talk if the other party agrees.

I am a graduate of 5-year Master's Degree in Psychology with a specialization in Psychotherapy and Sexual Therapy at the Faculty of Psychology at WSFiZ in Warsaw (currently the University of Economics and Humanities). After graduating, I trained at the SWPS University and the Lew-Starowicz Therapy Center, I also completed training in the field of short-term therapies: RTZ - Rational Behavior Therapy and TSR - Solution Focused Therapy (1st and 2nd degree). I also completed postgraduate studies in Clinical Sexology, whose supervisor was prof. dr hab. Zbigniew Lew-Starowicz. I am constantly improving the level of my knowledge and skills thanks to subsequent trainings and workshops. In addition, I regularly attend supervision.

I invite you to a private office in Skierniewice and in Warsaw for psychological, psychological and sexological consultations, as well as for short-term individual therapy or for couples. I work with adults.
