The Management Board conducts the company's affairs and represents the company. Statements of will regarding property rights and obligations of the company and signing contracts on behalf of the company are authorized by each member of the board acting independently. The company may be represented during court and out-of-court activities by a commercial proxy. The proclamation is established and revoked in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. In contracts between the company and members of the management board, as well as in disputes between them, the company is represented by a proxy appointed by resolution of the shareholders' meeting.
