Firma, która zamiast zadzwonić czy napisać maila o niezapłaconej fakturze, wysyła monity Pocztą Polską, po czym nie odpowiada na próbę wyjaśnienia sprawy. A gdy już odpowiada, to jeszcze w tym samym dniu (!) wysyła sprawę do firmy windykacyjnej.
Zupełny brak podejścia w kontakcie z kontrahentami.
