Nie polecam! Firma wzięła pieniądze za okna I przestała odbierać telefon.

Oszuści. Zapłaciłam zaliczkę 9000 zł za okna z montażem firmy drutex. Montaż miał być za trzy tygodnie ale wysłali smsa że się nie odbędzie i przestali odbierać telefon. Następnego dnia pojechaliśmy do tej firmy to kobieta pracująca tam powiedziała że okna będą max do środy a montaż się nie odbył ponieważ okna zostały uszkodzone i nie nadawały się do montażu. Jednak znowu nie zadzwonili i przestali odbierać telefon. Napisałam maila do głównej siedziby drutex i okazało się że okna nigdy nie były zamówione. Zarządaliśmy zwrotu zaliczki i mimo obietnicy zwrotu dalej nie otrzymałam przelewu. Jutro idę na policję. Mam również umówionego prawnika. Nie odpuszczę.
