I worked there for many years. I totally encourage you to keep away from this organization as a worker or partner. The quality of their products and services are random, with mistakes most of the time. The administration is away from professionalism and acting with emotions. The communication in the company almost does not exist. As a worker, you will not be praised or you will not even get feedback for your work. Your salary will be medium or lower level, it will hardly get higher. The administration likes to criticize in negative ways and find your mistakes. Of course if they have time to deal with your issues, because they will most probably ignore you at all. Benefits are almost nothing and the company has been facing serious financial problems for a few years now. Friendship is good sometimes but people generally prefer not to talk to you, if you do not start a conversation. Communication and correlation between the staff is extremely bad. Social events are almost not done recently. If you are really hopeless, you can try to work with them. If not, do not approach this company.
