Such thermal insulation is carried out using specialized high-pressure equipment. Shower foam stands out, among others such advantages as: the lowest value of thermal conduction coefficient among insulation used in construction; very good adhesion to various types of substrates; high durability and resistance to chemical agents; high simplicity of applying insulation by spraying; harmless to the environment; closed-cell versions of spray foam have very low water absorption (<3% volume); resistance to mold and fungi; application in a wide temperature range from -50ºC to + 100ºC. Spraying polyurethane foam can be carried out inside (internal wall and ceiling showers) and outside buildings (external roof showers). It is possible to insulate up to 1000m2 of roof every day. When used outdoors, the spray foam should be protected with a UV-resistant layer. By means of a shower, it is also possible to produce a reinforcing high density polyurethane coating on plastic elements. Special foaming devices are required to spray PUR foam. The advantage of polyurethane spray systems is fast thermal renovation and jointless waterproofing and the possibility of covering with the polyurethane foam also the old substrate without its prior removal. It is a pure polyurea elastomer formed as a result of the reaction of an isocyanate prepolymer with an amine blend. This type of coating can be used on polyurethane surfaces of spray, concrete, metal or wood foams. Our product offers excellent mechanical properties for the finished coating. Easy and fast application with the help of the aggregate enables the preparation of a coating in hard-to-reach places, where the protection of the substrate against water is required and where good mechanical properties of the finished waterproofing are required. Polyurea enables the preparation of durable coatings that protect the substrate against the action of mechanical and chemical factors, long-term UV and water action. Pure elastomer coatings are primarily used as protection: external surface of steel tanks, both on-ground and underground (including LPG); concrete tanks, in particular for storing liquids; tanks for sewage treatment plants, sewers, gutters and piping elements; water storage tanks, including demineralized water; steel constructions, bridges, viaducts and tunnels; large diameter steel pipes, including transport pipes; silos of loose materials; foundations; roof insulation; balconies, terraces; damaged bituminous roof coatings; objects exposed to difficult operational conditions, in particular where concrete leaks cause its freezing and, consequently, cracking and crumbling; Application examples: The Poliurea wastewater treatment plant can be designed for protective coatings of concrete and steel structures exposed to extremely unfavorable environmental conditions, which is why it is used in wastewater treatment plants. Polyurea is characterized by high resistance to weather conditions, sewage, slurry and other liquid impurities. The degradation of the sewage treatment plant construction is primarily stimulated by hydrogen sulphide, as well as other caustic acids accompanying sewage water, to which the applied elastomer remains 100% neutral. In addition, the systems described show significant resistance to biological contaminants. Therefore, due to its unique properties, polyurea coatings are used as a protective layer for biogas tanks, wells and culverts, swimming pools in sewage treatment plants, settling tanks, sand traps, etc. Concrete protection Polyurea is an ideal solution for steel protection and reconstruction. Both physicochemical and mechanical features make it an ideal solution for industrial engineering objects such as trays, supports, troughs, tanks. High durability of the coating, ie good flexibility, excellent tightness, very good barrier properties and resistance to long-term action of demineralized water ensured a long-term period of trouble-free use of the tank without additional operating costs. Anticorrosive protection of the external surface of steel tanks The use of polyurea coating for revitalization of LPG tanks consisted in cleaning the old, over twenty years old paint coat and applying a new one that would allow permanent anti-corrosion protection of the surface of the earth. The speed of the implementation of the application and the short time of coating seasoning allowed to limit the service completion time to the necessary minimum. Waterproofing of pools and concrete tanks Polyurea coatings can be used to protect pool surfaces against destructive corrosive factors and leaks. Polyurea is used as a corrosion protection for pipes and pipelines by the resistance of the coating to abrasion, water resistance, chemical resistance and excellent adhesion to the ground, also at low temperatures. The high flexibility of the coating protects it against mechanical damage during the operation of laying the pipeline sections in the excavation.
