Since 2011, we have been a member of the Alsen Network established in 2003, the network associates approximately 350 computer stores in 250 cities across Poland. Each of the chain stores is an Authorized Sales and Service Point that makes us the largest partner network in the computer industry in Poland. Capital network is connected with the largest distributor of computer hardware in Central and Eastern Europe, the Ab SA company. Which in turn has a huge impact on the width and attractiveness of our offer. As part of the network, we offer a wide range of IT and consumer electronics products as well as small home appliances, professional commercial service and technical support in a unified way.

Complement is an online store through which it is possible to order goods online and collect in the Alsen store you choose at no additional cost.

The company's offer includes, among others, computers and computer accessories, multimedia, home appliances and consumer electronics, telecommunications products (e.g. telephones), GPS devices, consumer electronics and office supplies - a total of over 25,000. products.

In 2010, the Alsen network was distinguished by the readers of "Rzeczpospolita" with the Laurel of the Customer - Discovery of the Year.

In 2011, the network won the Good Brand emblem - Quality Trust by Renoma in a similar competition among the readers of Dziennik Gazeta Prawna.

In 2012, the network won the Quality International emblem - Highest Quality in the QI Services category - top quality services.
