At the time of receipt, we check all the flaws and defects of the apartment, its non-compliance with Polish Standards and building standards. We also "catch" any inaccuracies of the received flat with the information prospectus and finishing standard - both documents are a mandatory annex to the development contract, which is why we ask our clients to send them before picking up.
