History
The company began operations in 1993. He deals with psychological diagnostics related to case law. Since 1995, he has been authorized to perform psychological tests of drivers (psychotechnical tests).
In 1996, our psychological laboratory received the recommendation of the Polish Psychological Association in the field of psychological testing of drivers. In 2001, the facility was designated by the Warsaw Police Headquarters to the Voivodeship Appeal Commission for persons applying for or possessing firearms.
During the 21 years of operation, we cooperated with the largest Polish companies and corporations. We have examined thousands of professional drivers, our best racers, many taxi drivers, traders and professionals whose work is directly related to driving. We studied steelworkers and machine operators. Security guards and people involved in the production and trade of weapons. Judges and prosecutors. Hunters and many, many other people who needed to do psychological research, for private and professional purposes. Marian Lech
Specialist in work psychology and clinical psychology. He has been researching drivers and operators continuously since 1971. He worked, among others in the Provincial Center of Occupational Medicine, Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Wiertniczych i Górniczych, Pracownia Psychologiczny at Targowa, at the ATTIS and IZIS Clinic. In 1985 he obtained the first degree of specialization in clinical psychology. Since 1990, he has been researching people who use firearms. Psychotherapist, supervisor, Balint Group Leader. Performs in the course of appeal psychological tests: for applicants and those possessing firearms, for people applying for or possessing the right to exercise or manage economic activity or directly employed in the production and trading of explosives, weapons, ammunition and products for military or police purposes.
A member of the Polish Psychological Society - member and supervisor of the Certification Committee of the Polish Psychological Society for Arms, Association of Transport Psychologists, Association of Christian Psychologists.
Jacek Lech
He deals with, among others psychological research of drivers, operators, judges, prosecutors, bailiffs, trustees and curators. He also conducts psychological tests for people who have or are seeking firearms. During his studies, he completed his internship at the Psychological Laboratory of Land Forces in Warsaw. In the years 2006 - 2010 he was a psychological laboratory at the Warsaw Steelworks. During his studies, he actively participated in the Warsaw Schools Self-Government Forum and the Students' Parliament. Member of the Association of Transport Psychologists, Association of Christian Psychologists.
