Zaliczka jest wiążąca dwie stron. Nigdy nikogo nie oszukałem i w umowie zawsze zaznaczam że termin jest zależny od warunków atmosferycznych wykonując pracę elewacyjne. A takich klientów jak Pan należy unikać i to szerokim łukiem. I proszę oddać pieniądze za wykonaną pracę a nie oczerniać ludzi.
