Duże opóźnienie w wykonaniu zamówienia do tego zamówienie wykonane niezgodnie z dokumentacją - zostało by zwrócone do poprawy ale to nie miałoby sensu gdyż brak umiejętności przeszkadza w jego wykonywaniu. Olanie klienta oraz nie odbieranie telefonów również wpływa negatywnie na ocenę.
