The "Virtual Freight Forwarder" service was created in response to the expectations of our subcontractors, we noticed that often people who came to us from other forwarding complained about various abuses (late payments, unreliable "driving" of the car, passing the truth when it comes to the arrangements between the customer and forwarding and situations on transport exchanges, expensive SKONTO, margins exceeding 30%). The "Virtual Freight Forwarder" service is the reverse of the situation which excludes any abuse on the part of forwarding and thanks to it we give you the possibility of completely safe "employment" of your own forwarder on very good terms, which gives complete transparency and all these abuses are not possible in such a business model. The carrier has full access to orders and transport exchanges.

I would like to invite you to use our proprietary service "Virtual Forwarder" Carriers with 13.6 sets (curtains, tarpaulins, mega) and cars up to 3.5 t. We run cars all over Europe. We have a database of regular customers, 24-hour forwarding service - everyone has a certificate of professional competence. The "Virtual Freight Forwarder" service is aimed at outsourcing of forwarding, and thus a significant reduction of costs, as Orsulit Sp. z o. o. takes remuneration only from freight organized by us. This service is also to ensure 100% transparency between the carrier and forwarding,

Offer:

- transport orders are made on behalf of the Carrier

- The carrier is a salary collector for the performance of the transport service, so the remuneration directly affects the Carrier's bank account

- The carrier sets with us the criteria for selecting transport principals and rates for freight

- 100% transparency, the Carrier has full access to transport orders and exchanges, which completely excludes any abuse by the Freight Forwarders

- we help in setting up and configuration of transport exchanges, as well as in gaining positive opinions on transport exchanges (which is very important, especially at the beginning)

- in the case of continuous cooperation in the period of min. 6 months undertakes to cover part of the costs of Trans.eu transport exchanges and TimoCom Przewoźnik in the amount of 15% in the case of organizing loads for 1 car, 25% in the case of organizing loads for 2 cars, 50% in the case of organizing loads for min. 3 cars

- in the case of using SKONTA on transport markets, at the Carrier's request, we charge the percentage of remuneration for the freight after deducting the SKONTO fee (we divide costs at SKONTA, and Carrier always pays after 30 days, thus gaining very good liquidity)

- Amount of remuneration of Orsulit Sp. z oo is only 10% of the net value of each freight organized by our company

- we issue a collective invoice every month in the settlement period (30 days) with the date of deferred payment of 30 days (counting from the last day of the month of the invoice)

- we are an experienced organized forwarding company that has a full set of licenses and permissions (by commissioning a similar service to a private person employed on own business, it carries a high risk because it is not possible to check and verify this person before starting cooperation)
