Opolskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Samochodowej Spółka Akcyjna is a company operating in the Opole region for over 60 years. The company was established as a result of the commercialization of the state-owned enterprise. The transformation into a joint-stock company was made by a notarial deed on October 16, 2001, and the activity in the new legal form began on January 1, 2002.

The subject of the Company's activity is passenger transport according to the agreed timetable, contractual transport, tourist and occasional transport, service activity supporting land transport (including, among others, running a bus station), maintenance, repair and diagnostics of motor vehicles, retail sale of parts and accessories for motor vehicles, retail fuel sales, rental and management of own properties.
